Khmisa and Kawtar, two Moroccan women passionate about cooking, welcome you in Marrakech for a meal at Khmisa’s place. In the heart of the Medina, in the pure Moroccan cuisine tradition, you can enjoy the strong sense of family and warm home atmosphere.
Khmisa has been a Chef for 25 years now and specialises in Morrocan cuisine and pastry. She has worked for several renowned hotels in Rabat and Marrakech.
Kawtar graduated with a bachelor degree in hospitality and tourism. Kawtar will gladly assist you with the cooking and is there to help you chat to the Chef while you all enjoy a pleasant cooking class.
On arrival you will be welcomed with cup of traditional mint tea. Khmisa and Kawtar will chat to you as to what you can expect, what you will be doing and the menu that will be composed of the most typical best Moroccan dishes.
