Lions only prevail around 30 percent of the time. Even with their finely honed hunting skills, they are one of the world’s most endangered large carnivores. Like satellite dishes, the large rounded ears of African wild dogs swivel to detect minute sounds in the distance. These dogs have only 4 toes as they lack the 5th dew claw that other dogs have.
